ReLaunch is a program for talented engineers who have temporarily stepped away from their careers and are ready to put their passion back to work with Trane Technologies. The program is designed to enable you to rediscover your strengths in a workplace that values your diverse knowledge, experiences and perspectives. You will be an active, engaged, and valued team member on meaningful projects that push us toward our sustainability goals and help us Challenge Possible.

Throughout the 12-week “Returnship” program, you will:

  • Work on challenging projects within your expertise and areas of interest alongside experts in your field.
  • Interact in a collaborative team environment in a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Connect with a network of mentors and sponsors dedicated to the growth of your career who will provide coaching to sharpen and refresh your engineering capabilities.
  • Develop a work schedule and style that balances personal needs and professional goals.
  • Enhance technical and leadership skills and grow your potential.

Upon completion of the ReLaunch Program, all participants will be assessed and evaluated for full-time employment with Trane Technologies!

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of engineering experience
  • BS or higher in an Engineering field (Electrical, Mechanical, Software preferred)
  • Voluntary career break for 2 or more years
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in returning to a full-time role in Engineering
  • Located in the vicinity of either Davidson, NC or Minneapolis, MN
