Job Title:        General Manager / Integrator

Reports to:     President / Visionary

Job Purpose

The General Manager is an integrator who is responsible for the major operating functions of the business. They create organizational clarity, provide a steady force in the company, and foster a healthy and productive culture.  They ensure everyone is rowing together in the same direction and model the way, always working toward the greater good of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with the President (visionary) to translate vision into execution.
  • Lead, manage, and hold people accountable company-wide.
  • Model the core values of The LaClare Group.
  • Understand and solve challenging problems.
  • Oversee and manage human resources, including employee training and development.
  • Responsible for financial planning, management, and Profit & Loss results.
  • Execution of strategies and business plan developed by the Leadership Team.
  • Manage Information Technology resources, processes and security.
  • Create and manage business policies and risk management.
  • Manage special projects including office lease, equipment purchase/lease, etc.
  • Direct reports include Sales & Marketing, Operations, and Finance.


  • Familiar with (or willing to learn) the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
  • Ability to adapt and change within an entrepreneurial company.
  • Ability to take initiative in solving problems and consistently achieve results.
  • Experience with budgeting and analysis, HR and compensation, business operations, and project management.
  • Possess strong business foundation to include knowledge of finance, sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Possess strong communication skills and ability to facilitate collaboration.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills and flexibility to change and adapt to internal and external needs.
  • Proven success delivering superior results of P&L goals.
  • Ability to exercise professionalism and respect in all situations.
  • Possess knowledge of service-based business models.
  • Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)


Working Conditions

The work environment is primarily in a comfortable office setting with time spent at a computer.
