The Role:

Our Partner Advocate Business Account Manager will develop long-term relationships and partnerships with our Affiliate Partner’s customers, becoming a trusted advisor to the C-Level Executives and Key Decision Makers of an organization. This role serves as the customer’s primary advocate, understanding the customers short-term and long-term strategic objectives through in-depth analysis and continual assessment. The Partner Advocate Business Account Manager will partner with internal team members to provide clients with fresh tools and robust solutions designed to help our customers plan, fully execute, and achieve their business goals. Lastly, the Partner Advocate Business Account Manager’s partnership with the Affiliate Partner will enable a collaboration in order to identify best ways to serve their customers while providing updates on product opportunities, marketing initiatives and challenges.

Role Requirements:

Skills and Experience

  • 1-2 years of ERP, CRM, or HCM software sales experience OR Project Management OR Business Analyst experience in an ERP environment
  • Working understanding of business best practices across all types of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, and services
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and professional presence and demeanor
  • Outstanding organizational, time management, communication, and listening skills required
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and proficiency with CRM tools

Along your journey to become a trusted advisor to our customers by building and maintaining solid relationships, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Providing amazing, on-going customer service and support to our Affiliate Partner’s existing customer base by developing trusted, advisory partnerships with C-level executives and decision-makers across the entire organization, including finance, sales, marketing, HR, and IT
  • Collaborate and communicate with our Affiliate Partner by providing updates to account management progress, opportunity and pipeline status and upcoming marketing initiatives.
  • Conducting in-depth discovery meetings, targeted at understanding, capturing, and identifying the complex business requirements and operational objectives of the customer
  • Producing professional, timely, and thorough Statements of Work (SOW’s); capturing and documenting detailed customer information and notes in our CRM tool
  • Driving the sales activities of ERP, CRM, and HCM software, enhancements, professional services, custom development and related products and solutions by collaborating with cross-divisional team members to delivering thought-provoking, strategic solutions that thoroughly address the needs of our customers
  • Acting as internal project manager to ensure recommended solutions are delivered on-time
  • Delivering weekly project management updates to internal stakeholders and executives
  • Achieving (and exceeding!) monthly and quarterly sales/call/meeting quotas
