Empower Leadership Academies

Developing leadership skills, building confidence and strengthening resilience requires education and practice. Empower provides a safe environment for kids to learn and grow. Our experienced leadership coaches are dedicated to inspiring, developing and empowering our next generation of leaders.

Empower offers Full- and Half-Day Leadership Academies for your organization, at the location of your choosing. All of our interactive programs are grounded in Four Pillars of Empowerment: Leadership, Confidence, Resilience, and Wellbeing

3 Hours of leadership development focused on the four pillars of the Empower Curriculum: Leadership, Confidence, Resilience, and Well-Being.

For participants who want the next level in depth academy (3 or 5 hours) to build upon the core curriculum topics learned in the Empower Half-Day or Empower Full-Day Academies.

 

Empower’s program curriculum is designed to help

  1. Individuals, sports teams, clubs and groups
  2. Grades 5-9
  3. Grades 9-12
  4. College women’s teams

Empower Leadership Series

We will provide a customizable program geared to span across several months. Each meeting will involve a specific focus and topics can be chosen by each organization.

The Leadership Series will cover a single topic each meeting and will take participants through an in-depth developmental experience.  The skills and tools taught throughout the series are able to be implemented directly into their lives.
