If you’re in the TeamWomen community, chances are you know Cathy Paper because she is a master connector! She shared her expert tips with us at a TeamWomen event and taught us how to network with confidence, and she also emceed one of the first Leadership Conferences. Cathy believes women need community to maintain and grow their personal and professional strengths, which is why she’s passionate about being on our Board of Directors.
Cathy is the cheerleader of all cheerleaders and constantly provides referrals for those in her network. She empowers women to advocate for themselves and surround themselves with those who will lift them up. Because of this, women she has empowered often seek her guidance when facing struggles, challenges and to keep pace with their growth plans.
Cathy is the founder of RockPaperStar, a consulting firm specializing in coaching and training for individuals and teams to improve networking confidence and sales performance. She also developed the mentor program for NAWBO-MN and built leadership programs for companies such as Best Buy, Redpath, Whirlpool, Apple, Zappos, Fallon, and Polaris.
Cathy has previously served on the Board of Friends of the St. Paul Public Library, Data 360, and Quest for College. She is actively a member of Twin Cities Dunkers, Friends of Global Market where she hosts a podcast called the All Star Networking Show, and writes a column for the American City Business Journal.
We are grateful to have a powerhouse with so much passion on our Board!
