TeamWomen’s Mentor Program is gaining recognition and acclaim for its strategic cross-generational and cross-professional pairings, which leverage the mutually beneficial sharing of each woman’s experiences and strengths in areas such as leadership, management, entrepreneurialism, and technological savvy. Launched in 2012, our mentoring program responds to a great need; one whose benefits and payoffs are often overlooked and undervalued.
Fueled by TeamWomen’s core value of “Women Helping Women,” our program guides pairings through monthly topical discussion points provided by the organization. Each pairing determines its own goals and meeting schedule.
What’s most exciting are the results we see through our mentor/mentee pairings. We’ve seen mentees rise to the C-suite, join corporate boards, change lanes mid-career, and reenter the workforce — all while someone was cheering them on and guiding them through the process.
To date, we’ve successfully paired nearly 300 mentees with mentors, and we’ve seen how our program can change the trajectory of a woman’s career.
Please plan to attend the spring Mentor Program Kick-Off on June 16, 2021 from 5:00-7:00 pm. The kick-off will be virtual but subject to change. Attendance is strongly encouraged. Past participants have referenced that attendance at the kick-off contributed to their overall positive experience in the program!
Applications received after noon on April 30, 2021 will be considered for our fall 2021 program.
