Information Technology Director

What we need…

Reporting directly to the CFO, this role offers an unparalleled opportunity to build an IT function in a fast growing company. The person in this position will be responsible for driving the transformation of our current IT processes, systems, data management, and general technology infrastructure to enable and support our aggressive growth plans. This role requires strong leadership, broad technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive innovation and enhance our technological capabilities to support the business’s evolution.

What you’ll do…

  • Develop and execute the organization’s IT strategy and long-range plans to create a scalable environment to support significant growth
  • Develop and execute technology integration plans for acquired companies
  • Manage and optimize the IT infrastructure, including devices, networks, servers, systems, and software applications, ensuring minimal downtimes and disruptions
  • Build a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
  • Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure data security, compliance, and reliability
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, solutions, and vendors to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Oversee IT budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement processes
  • Collaborate across the organization to understand requirements and provide innovative solutions
  • Play key leadership role in the implementation of new technology solutions

What you’ll need…

  • At least eight years of IT experience in roles with progressive broad responsibilities, including experience building and leading teams
  • Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, systems and data management, cybersecurity, and cloud computing
  • Experience with acquisitions and integrations is strongly preferred
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
  • Solid understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance requirements
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver projects on time and within budget
