TeamWomen is a premier professional women’s organization deeply committed to developing future generations of women in leadership. When you become a member, you join 550+ women from the C-suite to young professionals who work in various key industries, including business, corporate, sports, and civic organizations. Each year, we inspire women to make meaningful connections and rise together through 40 leadership development events, networking, mentorship, and youth empowerment.
While becoming a member is an essential first step, it’s important to actively participate in our community and take advantage of available opportunities. Here’s how you can maximize your TeamWomen membership:
Get a strong start out of the gate and register for your first event within the first month of becoming a member. This will introduce you to fellow members and help you create the habit of prioritizing time to connect and focus on your professional development.
Commit to attending 4-6 events annually, including our Leadership Conference, and you’ve already saved what you paid for your membership.
Building strong relationships and connections is integral to personal and professional growth. Attend each event with an open mind and an interest in learning about others.
Commit to growing with a friend, peer, or colleague! Refer a new member to TeamWomen and receive one complimentary registration to any signature event upon completed enrollment of the new member.
Did you win an award? Launch a new download? Start a podcast? Publish a book? Get featured in a publication? We want to shine a light on you! Share your achievements and announcements with us.
Grow your personal reach by submitting an article or blog on a relevant topic to our community or your area of expertise to be featured on our website and in our marketing.
Utilize your skills to help TeamWomen grow and enhance your leadership skills by joining one of our TeamWomen Committees! Our committees are comprised of a diverse group of professional women who help drive our membership, plan key events, act as ambassadors for TeamWomen, and give their input to the organization’s long-term vision.
Consider joining our next Mentor Program cohort as either a mentee or a mentor. The TeamWomen Mentor Program is a 6 or 12-month, mentee-driven offering. Not only does our program help establish accountability for the mentee, but it also provides flexibility for the participants to tailor our monthly topics and discussion to best achieve their desired outcomes.
