The vibrant tapestry of the TeamWomen 2024 Leadership Conference grows even brighter as we move closer to the date – May 8th. Held at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis, this year’s event is set to empower the newest generation of female leaders from all walks of life including business, sports, corporate, and civic roles. With over 600 members and 40 leadership development events, our members are consistently engaged throughout the year.

Celebrating the 13th anniversary of this intellectual gathering of women leaders, we are excited to welcome Sally Mueller as a dynamic force to our stage. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Womaness.com, Sally is a consummate business builder who has made a profound impact in both brand innovation and retail. She has even exercised her trend-forecasting Midas touch on companies like Target, VERSED skincare, and Who What Wear. Her journey has been a commitment to transforming the conversation around healthy aging in women. 

Womaness is not simply a brand; it is a movement that challenges societal norms surrounding the very natural process of menopause. Dedicated to providing innovative products that address the holistic needs of mature women, Womaness is making changes to how people view menopause from head to toe. 

Fueled by her own health journey, Sally’s foray into this transformative venture began once she realized there was a glaring lack of resources and products for women above a certain age. The subtle signs of menopause went largely unnoticed, which prompted Sally to become a catalyst for change. That is how the #Menopositivity movement was born – empowering women with education, inspiration, and access to health information. 

Prior to founding Womaness, Sally spent over two decades making indelible contributions at Target. Her career began in Apparel Merchandising and later transitioned into Marketing. The ability to shift across various sectors is a testament to her well-earned reputation in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle.
