Tammy Hutter has been a member of TeamWomen since 2015 and currently serves on our Professional Development Committee as Vice Chair. We’re happy to welcome her to our Young Professionals Advisory Board, where she can continue her mission of helping and supporting other women!
As a Senior Tax Manager for Eide Bailly with more than 11 years of public accounting experience, Tammy provides income tax compliance, tax planning, consulting, and accounting services to various industries, including manufacturing, distribution, international, and wealth transition services. She has been involved in Eide Bailly Minneapolis office’s recruiting efforts in recruiting new staff and recently became the tax department head for their Mumbai, India office.
She has had several strong female influences in her career, especially the female partners at Eide Bailly. Over the years, she has watched them go through the ranks and do it all with passion, resilience, and determination. It inspires Tammy to get to that level, as well. She recognizes how they are blazing the trail for her and hopes to do the same for those who come after her.
Tammy is passionate about supporting other women through listening. She flexes this muscle as a career advisor to female staff and is an informal mentor to other female staff. She’s always one to lend an ear and is happy to provide guidance where needed.
Tammy has previously served as a treasurer in a college organization and served on the finance committee for the Association of Women Contractors.
