Cecilia Stanton Adams, CEO of The Diversity Institute, is known for her track record as an accomplished educator and diversity thought leader. She is committed to a holistic approach to transforming organizations, teams, and individuals with the principles of equity and inclusion. Her visionary approach inspires others to recognize the diversity their organizations may be overlooking in: recruitment, retention, training, supplier diversity, and community relations.
Stanton Adams holds a BA in Psychology from Bloomfield College in New Jersey and an MA in Sociology/Psychology from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania, where she also completed a Pre-doctoral Fellowship in Cognitive Psychology. She is a volunteer at the Black Women’s Wealth Alliance, Hispanic MBA, the Sexual Violence Center, Junior Achievement, and serves on the board of TeamWomen.
