Calling all girls ages 10-18 from St. Paul, Fairview Health, TeamWomen, and Greater Twin Cities communities (membership not required) to join us for an unforgettable day of fun, growth, and empowerment.

What’s on the agenda? A journey through the four pillars of our proprietary Empower Leadership Academy curriculum:

• Confidence: Discover your inner rockstar!
• Leadership: Learn how to take the lead like a pro.
• Resilience: Bounce back stronger from challenges.
• Mental Wellness: Prioritize self-care and balance like a champ.

This is a parent drop-off event, so you can enjoy some “me time” while your young leader dives into a safe, interactive, and inspiring environment designed to help her shine.

Our Empower Leadership Academies are led by a rotating team of trained coaches. These individuals represent our broader Empower coaching community. Coach participation varies by academy session.
