Empower Leadership Academy Sponsored by ROADS Foundation and RHS Booster Clubs

This is a drop-off event for attendees, and parents/caregivers may return for pickup. This academy is open to all girls ages 10-18 in the Rogers-Otsego area (you do not need to be a member of TeamWomen to attend).

Developing leadership, building confidence, and strengthening resilience requires education and practice. Empower Leadership Academy provides a safe and interactive environment to learn, grow, and develop. 

All young girls in the Rogers and greater northwest metro community are encouraged to join us for a journey through the four areas of focus that we use in our proprietary curriculum: confidence, leadership, resilience, and mental wellness.

• Resilience: Bounce back stronger from challenges.
• Mental Wellness: Prioritize self-care and balance like a champ.

This is a parent drop-off event, so you can enjoy some “me time” while your young leader dives into a safe, interactive, and inspiring environment designed to help her shine.

Our Empower Leadership Academies are led by a rotating team of trained coaches. These individuals represent our broader Empower coaching community. Coach participation varies by academy session.
