Kristi is a passionate believer in the power of storytelling and a champion for women in business. She has won numerous industry and leadership awards and has led Media Minefield to win national awards for its growth, culture, and client work.
Kristi earned her Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Pepperdine University. She is a best-selling author and host of the Flip Your Script podcast, sharing stories and advice for modern leaders to leverage the positive power of social media.
Alicia Lewis is the morning Anchor at KARE 11 and an Emmy-winning journalist who has spent more than a decade connecting with our community through meaningful, real-life stories. Most recently covering the 2026 Olympic Games in Milan and Cortina for NBC. She’s not just a storyteller, she’s a mom of two boys and someone who truly understands the balancing act so many of us live every day.
