Laura Boyd is a leader, speaker, leadership coach, and author. She has over 30 years of experience working with organizations to help them develop sustainable growth as organizations and the people within. She has been a leader on executive teams for large companies, emerging companies and non-profits, as well as a business owner. She believes Leadership is the ultimate Delta for change, strategy, and growth in an organization. She is now taking her years of experience helping businesses become high performance organizations through personal and team leadership development.
Laura has her Masters in Organizational Leadership, certification in change management and is a certified enhanced coaching practitioner. Laura recently authored Words that Work for Leaders: 31 Days of Reflection, Motivation, and Goal Setting. It is an inspirational book excellent for business leaders who want to grow and achieve their full potential through intentional leadership.
When Laura is not working with her clients, she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering with TeamWomen’s Empower Leadership Academy as a Head Coach, teaching Entrepreneurship and Leadership classes, for Crown College, and going to the gym.
Dr. Amelia Reigstad, PhD, is a #1 bestselling author, keynote speaker, and facilitator with a love of knowledge and a passion for empowering women to use their voice to initiate change. With over two decades of leadership and communication experience across industries, she enjoys sharing her expertise through keynote speaking, training programs, and workshops. Over the course of her career, she has authored numerous articles on gender, communication, leadership success, and authenticity. Her second book, Hello Ms. Perfect, empowers readers to shed the pressure of perfection and buck the system. Dr. Reigstad is a Twin Cities Business magazine Notable Women Entrepreneur and founder of The Women Empowerment Series and The Women Collective, a curated retail experience in White Bear Lake, Minnesota.
Renee Brown was laid off from a stressful marketing role and immediately launched her second career as a professional home organizer. She is passionate about working with executives in their homes, decluttering, and organizing spaces to eliminate the overwhelm and bring on mental clarity. Renee lives in Minnetonka and has two young adult sons. She loves being a part of TeamWomen as well as volunteering with Dress for Success and the Jeremiah Program.
Nancy Dilts brings together her passions – personal style, positive body image, and the environment – to help her clients feel fantastic in their clothes, using an economically and environmentally sustainable approach. She provides personal styling, wardrobe consults, and personal shopping for people of all genders and identities in the Minneapolis and St. Paul Metro area and virtually. She lives in St. Paul with her husband and has a young adult daughter.
