At TeamWomen, we put self-care at the top of the list! That’s why we’re partnering up with Fit Body Boot Camp to offer Fitness Boot Camp Sessions at a reduced rate of $10 for our members. All fees will go directly back to TeamWomen!
Join us in St. Louis Park on October 16 for a workout that gets you motivated and ready for the fall season. Each session combines elements of high-intensity interval training, exercise stacking, and active rest periods to give you the best possible workout. Best of all, each training session is coached by Fit Body Boot Camp’s certified personal training team to hold you accountable, and keep you on track and motivated to reach your fitness goals.
*It’s not necessary to pre-register, but it does help us keep track of who’s attending! Drop-ins are encouraged and welcomed. Please bring cash or a check for $10 when you arrive.*
