Virtual Mentor Program Partner Happy Hour

We’ve planned a virtual happy hour just for you! Join us and grab your mentor or mentee for a special get-together on May 28th. Andrea Bolin, Mentoring Committee Vice-Chair, will lead us through an interactive session using your color profile from our kick-off meeting. Refresh your memory on your color profile and email it to briana@teamwomenmn.org.

During our time together, we’ll break out into Zoom rooms according to your color to talk about questions like: 1) Do you know what your partner is really going through today? If so, are you being conscious of what your partner is experiencing? 2) During your mentor/mentee meetings, what coping skills are you using to maximize your relationship?

When we come back to our main room, one representative from each color group (red, yellow, orange or green) will share what was learned. This is when you’ll really see the differences between each color group.

You’ll also have time to break out in rooms specifically for each pair, so you can discuss how to adjust as a mentor/mentee partnership to help strengthen your relationship.
