Mentoring is a key pillar of TeamWomenMN. Our Mentor Program serves as our mission in action – encouraging and supporting women to reach their full potential. This event is designed to educate and inspire attendees to join the mentor program team by serving as a mentor. Through our panel discussion, you’ll hear the many benefits of mentorship that include self-awareness, special insights and growth you experience as a mentor. If you’ve hesitated to mentor because you don’t think you have a certain level of knowledge and/or experience to share and teach a mentee – then this event is for you! You’ll learn the key ingredient to mentorship is to have a willingness to participate in the journey of someone else.
Our panel of mentors will share advice of what they have enjoyed most about mentoring and also share words of encouragement in their belief that you would be an awesome mentor!!
