Mary Jayne Crocker is a Chief Operating Officer and EOS Integrator with over 30 years’ experience in financial services and leadership. As Bridgewater Bank’s first employee, she has played a pivotal role in its transformation from startup to one of Minnesota’s largest banks by asset size.
Lisa Brezonik is the Operating Partner at Carlson Private Capital Partners. In her role she is responsible for partnering with Portfolio Companies to achieve their vision by successfully executing their strategy.
Amelia Santaniello, our interviewer, and emcee, is the Co-Anchor for WCCO, CBS News Minnesota and has been with the station since 1996.

Mary Jayne Crocker is a Chief Strategy Officer and EOS Integrator with over 30 years’ experience in financial services and leadership. As Bridgewater Bank’s first employee, she has played a pivotal role in its transformation from startup to one of Minnesota’s largest banks by asset size. Currently serving as CSO, she is responsible for driving all strategic initiatives to maintain Bridgewater position as the finest entrepreneurial bank in the Twin Cities. Her tenure boasts involvements that encompass capital raises, two local bank acquisitions, and Bridgewater Bancshares, Inc.’s IPO and Nasdaq debut in 2018. Prior to Bridgewater, Mary Jayne held positions at Commerce Bank in Edina, MN, and she started her financial career in brokerage at the Montreal Stock Exchange.
Mary Jayne’s accolades include recognition as a ‘Top Woman in Finance’ by Finance & Commerce in 2013 and 2020, induction into its ‘Circle of Excellence’ in 2020, and the ‘Women in Business’ award from the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal in 2017. She was recently highlighted as “an Outstanding Women in Banking” by Bank Beat Magazine. Other awards include ‘Notable Leader in Finance’ by Twin Cities Business.
Active in the community, she serves on boards for Team Women, and the Eden Prairie Community Foundation, and is the Past President of the Bank Holding Company Association.
Committed to the success of women in business, she serves as a founding member of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s Women’s Leadership Council and is actively involved in networks, speaking and mentoring opportunities that support female entrepreneurs and company decision makers. As the EOS Integrator at Bridgewater Bank for over 15 years, she has a proven track record of growing a successful business and is actively involved in supporting the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) community.
Mary Jayne holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. She also earned a coaching certification from Hudson, a renowned institution known for its industry-leading coaching programs, which amplifies her ability to mentor, motivate and foster excellence in individuals both within Bridgewater Bank and beyond.
Lisa Brezonik is the Operating Partner at Carlson Private Capital Partners. In her role she is responsible for partnering with Portfolio Companies to achieve their vision by successfully executing their strategy. Lisa also partners with the Carlson Private Capital team to build and evolve the team and resources to be the best possible partners to our companies and communities.
Lisa joined Carlson Private Capital in September 2024, following her transition as the CEO of Salo. Lisa transitioned the company from founder led to a professionally led team. Under her leadership, Salo experienced exponential growth, doubling in size through initiatives focused on building a national footprint, culminating in a successful sale to Korn Ferry. With a diverse background spanning business operations, executive coaching, organizational consulting, and leadership roles in notable companies such as RBC Dain Rauscher and Room and Board, Lisa brings strong leadership and operations experience to all of her roles.
Actively engaged in her community, Lisa serves on the boards of Bridgewater Bank and Kipsu while supporting numerous non-profits, including the Jeremiah Program, the Ann Bancroft Foundation and Washburn Center for Children. Lisa graduated from the University of Minnesota. Lisa and her husband, Nick have 4 children and live in Minneapolis
Amelia co-anchors the 5 p.m., 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. news Monday through Friday. She’s been with the station since 1996. Ten years later, her husband, Frank Vascellaro, joined her as co-anchor. They are the first married couple to co-anchor a news program in the Twin Cities.
Before coming to Minnesota, Amelia anchored the weekend news at WTIC-TV in Hartford, CT. She started her career in Washington, D.C., at WUSA, where she was a reporter trainee. From there, she went to WETM-TV in Elmira, N.Y., where she anchored the weekend newscasts. Then she moved on to WNEP-TV in Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, Pa. as a reporter and anchor.
Amelia was born in Alexandria, Va. She grew up in a career military family and lived in Virginia, Japan and Texas. She attended Marywood University in Dunmore, Pa.
City Pages editors named her Best Newscaster in the Twin Cities in 2000 and 2013. Readers of The Minnesota Women’s Press picked her as their favorite local female television personality.
Amelia and Frank are deeply involved with the community and frequently serve as the master of ceremonies at some of the Twin Cities premier charity events.
They live in Minneapolis with their three kids and two dogs.
