This interactive session will encourage participants to reflect on their comfort level with change both personally and professionally. Participants will reflect on their own leadership style and realize how to use their strengths to influence change within their workplace and family setting. The discussion will focus on why dealing with change is so important and what women can do to make an impact. Attendees will take a mini-assessment adapted from the Harvard Business Review article, “Assessment: What’s Your Leadership Style?” by West, Stixrud and Reger (2015) to reflect on key leadership traits, participate in a discussion and have the opportunity to role play active inquiry question tactics to understand your own and other attendees’ feelings associated with change. A link to the assessment will be included in your order confirmation sent immediately after registering for this event.
