She Reads, She Leads Book Club

At TeamWomen, we believe in the power of meaningful connections to empower women to rise together. Please join us for our She Reads, She Leads Book Club. Throughout the year, we discuss 6 different leadership books. We meet every other month with a member facilitator to share thoughts and ideas we learned through our reading. Bring your own beverage and book! The funds raised through this program contribute to replenishing our scholarship fund, which in turn enhances access to TeamWomen programs, fostering education and empowerment for women leaders.

We will talk about the four zones we experience in life (incompetence, competence, excellence, and genius) and how to stay high level in the zone of genius.

We will learn about the “Upper Limiting” problem—how to recognize your triggers and keep you from self-sabotaging yourself to experience true happiness.

Meet Our Facilitator:

Erin Koch

Erin Koch is a Real Estate Advisor here to guide you in, or out, of your next home. As a teacher’s kid (and grandkid!) education is in her blood. She loves educating buyers and sellers on all aspects of the process so you feel comfortable and confident in every decision you make, from your first meeting to the closing table.

When she’s not out touring homes, scrolling through photos of homes, or taking continuing education all about homes (yes, she is a bit obsessed) She’s spending all the time she can with her hubby, stepdaughter, and two fur babies, Fievel and Lily. She loves checking out new restaurants, parks, local activities, and shows!

Erin is also a crazy plant lady, a lover of all things metaphysical (think tarot cards, crystals, astrology), and personal development. She couldn’t survive without Iced Americanos, TikTok, and big earrings.

Today, Erin is one of the top-producing agents in Minnesota.
