Join us for this workshop where you’ll learn and leave with:

  • quick & easy tools you can use immediately to FEEL differently NOW
  • ways to start recovering from burnout & build resiliency without ditching your partner, children, or pets.

You will leave feeling empowered and stop taking stress so personally.  We will practice, in real time, multiple strategies so you can FEEL the difference in your body NOW.

Anastasia Galka

Anastasia Galka (she/her)  is a Stress & Resiliency speaker and coach.  She is the host of the Fierce Joy podcast and specializes in working with women who are bold, ambitious, and stuck in stress & overwhelm.  Through workshops, retreats, and small groups she guides you to lead without losing your mind, and have some fun along the way.
