Heather Crist
Heather Crist is the Head of Field Engagement for Wealth Management USA. Prior to this position, Heather served as the Divisional Director of the Midwest Region and Chief of Staff to the President of Americas and Co-Head of Global Wealth Management.
She began her career with Prudential Financial where she served as a Financial Advisor, Producing Branch Manager, Regional Administrative Manager of their APAC region based in Hong Kong and Singapore, and held various strategic roles in London and their Swiss Private Bank. Throughout her 28-year career with Wells Fargo Advisors (and its predecessor firms, Prudential-Wachovia), Heather held several leadership positions in multiple countries. She then joined UBS in 2018 where she served as Chief of Staff for Global Wealth Management, including wealth management businesses outside the US.
Heather holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and an Undergraduate degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She is a graduate of the Securities Industry Institute at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where she served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees. In 2019, Heather was named to the President’s Advisory Group of the Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation. She is a member of 100 Women in Finance, the International Women’s Forum and is an annual judge for The Wharton School’s Investment Competition for high school students.
Heather is passionate about education and is an active mentor of students and professionals to encourage and enrich their development.
