In her role as President of Amplify Mission Network, Julie Eide oversees the organization’s operation, working closely with the Board and staff. She ensures they deliver on their mission, operate financially sustainably, and create programming that engages their business and nonprofit partners in meaningful ways that produce impact.
This role provides Julie with numerous opportunities to serve in a mentor role with staff, nonprofit leaders, and business leaders. Through formal and informal opportunities, she provides coaching, consulting, teaching, encouragement, knowledge, and connections to leaders. A natural connector, she thrives on connecting young leaders to the people and opportunities that can strengthen them for greater impact. Getting to personally know those within her sphere of influence is a high priority.
Roslyn Harmon has made a great impact as Executive Director at Dispute Resolution Center (DRC). In just one year, she rebranded, hired a team passionate about community, and raised over $500,000 to get the organization back on its feet! Roslyn continues to expand DRC as she develops, implements and oversees all aspects of the organization, including curriculum, programming, budget, fundraising, networking, training, and strategic planning.
Roslyn is a servant leader, first and foremost. Many look to her as a mentor because of her natural passion for serving. She loves using her skills and knowledge to help community members grow and flourish. She believes her secret ingredients of humility, tough love, and self-determination are meant to be shared with others, not kept for selfish gain.

As their cheerleader, she always focuses on what is best for their future.

As someone who has founded two different businesses, a design firm and a cookie company, plus worked in the corporate world as head of two creative departments, she’s experienced a wide variety of professional situations. She feels great pride that she can share advice and help grow an individual’s network or assist in navigating their professional career and goals. When it comes to mentoring, Pat says, “I may give my time, but I always get back much more.”
