Mentoring is a personal and professional development strategy where one person facilitates the intentional development of another.
The TeamWomen Mentor Program is a 6 or 12-month, mentee-driven offering. Not only does our program help establish accountability for the mentee, but also provides flexibility for the participants to tailor our monthly topics and discussion to best achieve their desired outcomes.

Registration/Application deadline is noon on October 8, 2024
Cohort Kick-Off Event is Tuesday, November 19th, 5pm-7pm
Attendance at the kick-off event is strongly encouraged. Past participants have reference that attendance at the kick-off contributed to their overall positive experience in the program!
Upon completing all necessary requirements for registration, mentees are automatically accepted into the Mentor Program.
Applications received after noon on October 8, 2024 will be considered for our next cohort – Spring 2025.

Your Donations Help Us Continue Empowering Women Through Our Mentor Program
Mentees pay an initial application fee of $50 to ensure their commitment and active participation in this in-demand program. However, all other aspects of the Mentor Program, including regular content-rich communications and mentee/mentor events, are free of charge.

❋ Commit to meeting your mentor on a monthly basis for 6 or 12 months.
❋ Complete our mentee application form and pay the $50 application fee.
❋ Attach a resume AND letter of recommendation to the application. The recommendation can be from a professor, manager, colleague, friend, etc.
❋ Mentors must be a TeamWomen member. If you’re not currently a member, but interested in being one, become a member here.
❋ Commit to meeting your mentee on a monthly basis for 6-12 months. (Length of mentorship is determined by Mentee’s preference.)
❋ Complete our mentor application and attach resume.
