Sponsoring non-profits has a beautiful ripple effect benefiting the non-profit, your organization, employees, and the greater community. It’s a true partnership and one that we treasure at TeamWomen! Every business or organization that joins us as a sponsor receives multiple opportunities to connect with our community and provide leadership development for their workforce.
Sponsoring TeamWomen can help you build your reputation in the community!
If your organization is passionate about supporting women in your workforce, aligning with an organization with the same values can help build trust and reputation among your customers, clients, employees, and community. With over 2,000 event attendees a year, you will boost your brand visibility while aligning your strategic goals with ours to reach a larger audience.
Partnering with TeamWomen opens the door to various networking opportunities for your workforce, but networking at the business level is just as important. Joining our team as a sponsor allows you to join a roster of prominent local, national and global organizations that opens doors to new opportunities to network with other businesses and community leaders.
Sponsoring TeamWomen can help you attract candidates and retain your employees.
Companies that sponsor non-profit organizations can be more appealing to prospective candidates looking to work for mission-driven companies. When you’re supporting an organization like TeamWomen that supports the advancement of women in the workplace, candidates will see where your priorities and efforts are.
Our community includes 6,500+ women from various industries, experience levels, and backgrounds. As a TeamWomen partner, you can empower and support women in your workforce by providing them with resources, leadership development, and networking opportunities. You can increase employee engagement and morale by taking advantage of these opportunities!
Sponsoring TeamWomen creates an impact in our community.
Women account for over 50% of the workforce but only account for 35% of senior leadership positions. Out of 41 female CEOs of Fortune 500 companies, an all-time high, only two are Black women–Roz Brew at Walgreens Boots Alliance and Thasunda Brown Duckett at TIAA. According to a gender gap report by Zippia, two of the biggest challenges keeping women from leadership positions are that women are held to higher standards and many businesses aren’t “ready” to hire women for top executive positions.
By sponsoring TeamWomen and other non-profits committed to developing women in leadership, we will have an equal voice that is representative of all in our community.
TeamWomen is a premier professional women’s organization deeply committed to developing future generations of women in leadership. Membership includes 600 women from the C-suite to young professionals who work in various key industries, including business, corporate, sports, and civic organizations. Each year, we inspire women to make meaningful connections and rise together through 40 leadership development events, mentoring, and youth empowerment.
We invite you to join us as a sponsor and support our mission of inspiring women and girls to rise together! We have multiple sponsorship opportunities available, including our Annual Leadership Conference, WaveMaker Awards, and Empower Gala.
