Empower Leadership Academy | Sponsored by St. Paul Police Department

This is a drop-off event for attendees, and parents/caregivers may return for pickup. To ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees, we will collect emergency contact information during registration. This academy is open to all girls ages 10-18 in the St. Paul Police Department and the greater Twin Cities community (you do not need to be a member of TeamWomen to attend).

Developing leadership, building confidence, and strengthening resilience requires education and practice. Empower Leadership Academy provides a safe and interactive environment to learn, grow, and develop. 

All young girls in the St. Paul Police Department’s community and the greater Twin Cities community are encouraged to join us for a journey through the four areas of focus that we use in our proprietary curriculum: confidence, leadership, resilience, and mental wellness.

• Leadership: Learn how to take the lead like a pro.
• Resilience: Bounce back stronger from challenges.
• Mental Wellness: Prioritize self-care and balance like a champ.

This is a parent drop-off event, so you can enjoy some “me time” while your young leader dives into a safe, interactive, and inspiring environment designed to help her shine.
