Dr. Caroline Cochran, PCC, is a Leadership Development Coach and Consultant, founder of TransformAble Coaching and Consulting LLC located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, as well as ARISE Women’s Leadership Collective (ARISE), offering an annual cohort-based leadership program designed exclusively for women leaders to redefine their leadership one inspired and inspiring woman at a time. Caroline has spent over 30 years consulting with both private- and public-sector organizations and has extensive expertise in assessment design, implementation, and validation, leadership development, competency modeling, and 360° feedback.
As an Industrial and Organizational psychologist and consultant, Caroline has developed a deep understanding of the organizational systems that support leadership development, which she leverages in working with individual clients, teams, and organizations. Caroline earned a BA in Economics with Departmental Honors from Northwestern University. She continued her education with an MA and PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a supporting program in Measurement/Statistics from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. Caroline is a lifelong learner and regularly invests in growing her knowledge and expertise. She is certified in Hogan Assessments, Insights Discovery®, Radical Leadership®, Presence-Based® Coaching, Positive Intelligence®, Shift Positive 360®, and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF)
Caroline is deeply committed to connecting and building community. She is an active member of the ICF, American Psychological Association (APA), and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), and consistently volunteers her time within her community.
Caroline’s approach is grounded in the belief that when we access inner presence and resilience, cultivate awareness, nurture self-compassion, make intentional choices, and take decisive action, we embody an infinitely more powerful type of leadership. She is skilled at helping clients both see the big picture and implement short-term improvements, personally and professionally. Her clients span industries with a core in healthcare, financial services, and technology.
Tricia’s career bridges healthcare consulting and integrated care and financing organizations, where she consistently delivered innovative solutions while cultivating strong teams. While at EY, trusted relationships ultimately led a client to recruit her into a senior leadership role. As CFO, she advanced long-term sustainability in care delivery and business operations, repositioning finance and internal consulting groups as strategic partners. She is known for aligning strategy, finance, and operations in ways that strengthen performance while fully engaging the people who make it happen.
Tricia holds a Master’s Degree in Health Services Management and Policy from The Ohio State University, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois. She is an avid Buckeye football fan and Illini basketball follower!
Tricia is actively involved in her community, volunteering with Reach Out and Read and supporting various booster clubs. Most often, she can be found in the carpool lane, driving her two teenage daughters to softball or dance. She enjoys traveling with her family and using her husband Brian’s pilot benefits to travel anywhere Southwest Airlines will take them. She is a lover of sunshine, long walks, and golden retrievers.

Most recently, Jodi was instrumental in the ‘Rediscover Southdale Center’ experiential marketing programs, highlighting their 50+ new consumer brands and the 10 exclusive affluent brands that now make up their Luxury Wing.
Jodi enjoys the privilege of producing and emceeing numerous philanthropic fashion events with ongoing annual efforts for organizations such as M Health Fairview Masonic Children’s Hospital (FashionFest) and Explore Edina (Style Edina).
Prior to launching her fashion career, Jodi held professional roles in sales, marketing, and consulting at corporations such as Accenture, Best Buy, Wells Fargo, Seabury, and Cargill.
