(VIRTUAL) New Year, New Priorities: You First! | Kim Keprios, M.A.

February 1, 2022 @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm CST - $20 – $30

Note: This is the virtual registration page for our hybrid in-person/virtual event.

As you dive into the new year with your list of “to-dos” and feel like the marathon is already underway — take a pause.

Join TeamWomen to explore what triggers and barriers land you at the bottom of the priority list, and how to recognize and honor your needs for wellbeing moving forward.

Through a sampler exercise, personal reflection, and small group discussion, you will set the stage for a new approach to your priority list with you at the top!

Kim Keprios, M.A.

Kim Keprios’ many hats, adventures, and juggling acts have provided endless life lessons. She served over 33 years as CEO for The Arc Greater Twin Cities and the social enterprise, Arc’s Value Village Thrift Stores, and has now served as the Interim Executive Director for Wilderness Inquiry for the past two years. Her leadership and career achievements have been recognized with the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s 50 Women in Business Award, The Arc National Executive Excellence Award, The Arc National Governmental Affairs Public Policy Fellowship, and The University of Minnesota’s Distinguished Alumni Award.

Kim has a B.S. in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of Minnesota, an M.A. in Training and Development from St. Thomas University, and certification as a Life Coach Practitioner from Learning Journeys International Center of Coaching.

Executive coaching, life coaching, and Women’s Wellbeing Retreats are what makes Kim’s heart sing. She believes laughter is vital and asking for help is a sign of wisdom and strength. Kim is a lover of the outdoors and honors the power of Mother Nature to buoy our spirit, connect us with what matters, and provide the space to retreat, reflect, and tap into the positive energy that can be lost in our fast-paced race with life. From the workplace to her coaching and retreats, Kim brings thoughtful, intentional, and creative approaches to those she works with and supports.

She lives in Minneapolis with her spouse of 28 years, has a 26-year-old son in law school, and is a native Minnesotan who loves every season, especially fall and winter when she leads retreats at YMCA Camp du Nord and other sites.
