Lyna Nyamwaya

Lyna Nyamwaya is an award-winning RN, speaker, director, and trainer at Bold Impact Group. Her background includes over 20 years in nursing leadership and workshop training in hospital and higher education, as well as mentorship for students and professionals.

Lyna utilizes cultural humility skills to inspire, motivate, and challenge leaders and teams to manage biases, improve communication, and create a culture of belonging. She serves on several boards and committees. For her work, she has received several awards and nominations.

Originally from Kenya, Lyna currently resides in Minnesota with her beautiful family.
